The Recipes and Concoctions Development team is located at the Corporate office. The team has state-of-art equipments, Lab and R&D facilities at its disposal:

One of its recent major successes of this team is the Recipe for Yums. Dairy Den developed a Soft Serve at a cost that makes it possible to maintain quality and still have a MRP of Rs 5 per cone which was the main reason behind the Brand's success.
 
Several machinery prototypes, models under testing, commercial trials covering a wide range of hot and cold dispensers, storage cabinets, freezers are under this very active R&D center.
 
Dairy Den has been particularly successful in understanding why and how the overseas FIC technology should be altered to suit the Indian ambient conditions. This cell has led the company in acquiring customized and fitted solutions for a large number of F&B industry clients like Hotels, Restaurants and single Parlours
