The various companies handling the above businesses during the growth stage were merged and incorporated in 1999 as Dairy Den Limited, the flagship group company. It is organized operationally under the Machinery and Dairy & Food divisions. Dairy Den Kiosk Limited is a 100% owned marketing subsidiary of DDL, incorporated in 2000 to handle retail businesses - the Parlour Chain and the Soft Ice Cream business.
